3. Prepare raw materials

4. Injection molding (for plastic parts)

5. Die casting or machining (for metal parts)

rough parts, and then through machining processes such as turning,

6. Assemble
Assemble injection molded plastic parts and processed metal parts,
including impellers, shafts, motors, seals, etc.
7. Motor installation and commissioning
Install and debug the motor to ensure that the speed, power and
other parameters of the motor meet the design requirements.
8. Seal treatment
Seal key parts to prevent water leakage.
9. Performance testing
The assembled shower pump performance test, including flow,
pressure, noise, durability and other aspects of the test.
10. Quality inspection
Conduct a comprehensive quality inspection to check whether there
are defects in appearance, whether the size meets the standard,
whether the function is normal, etc.
11. Packaging and shipping
Package the qualified products and prepare them for shipment.
