container.
Induction Sealing Machine: Use an induction sealing machine
equipped with an induction sealing head.
Sealing Process:
The machine generates an electromagnetic field that heats the
aluminum foil layer of the lid.
This heat activates a heat-sealable layer or material inside the
lid, bonding it to the container’s rim.
Cooling and Inspection: Allow the sealed container to cool. Inspect
the container to ensure the lid is securely sealed and
tamper-evident.
3. Pre-cut Aluminum Foil Lids:
Opening: Locate the pre-cut or perforated tab on the lid.
Peeling: Gently pull the tab to peel back the aluminum foil lid.
This action should reveal the opening of the container, allowing
easy access to the product inside.
Consumption: After opening, use the product as desired. The
aluminum foil lid may remain attached to the container or can be
disposed of.
